Thunder Bay has an abundance of local farmers, growers, and producers. I am privileged to use this community for my ingredients. By using as many local products as possible, we are helping to support our local economy as well as reduce our environmental impact.

Menu items will be available for direct pick up for pre-orders.
Our pick up days for this month will be Thursdays (11th, 18th, 25th) and Saturdays (6th and 20th).

Our products will also be available through Superior Seasons on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and in the frozen section at The Cheese Encounter, and Goods & Co (Superior Seasons Farm Store)!

Packaging:
The Bridge Kitchen proudly uses only reusable and/or biodegradable packaging. Please feel free to bring your own containers for baked goods. Paper bags/containers will also be provided. For frozen meals, we will use reusable pyrex (small deposit fee applies). Or, feel free to bring your own glass bakeware in advance.
